Scott has been with Legal Access Plans since 2006. Scott resolves quality issues, both internal and external, and reports back to our clients as to the root cause and proposed solution. He also proactively utilizes this information to prevent similar issues from arising in the future. He believes that every error is a chance to examine our processes to determine if we can make our processes more accurate and more efficient.

Prior to employment at Legal Access Plans Scott spent 10 plus years in administrative support with multinational law firms.He attended the University of Houston. In his tenure at Legal Access Plans he has achieved the level of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. With this unique blend of knowledge Mr. McMichael is equipped to update internal processes to be more efficient and cost effective while giving insight to the culture and normal processes within a legal setting.
