Plan Cost

Who's Covered?

Eligible family members are the plan member's significant other and unmarried dependent children who are under the age of 23 and any categorically dependent individuals living in the plan member's home. This plan covers the elder parents of both the member and their spouse, even if they are not living with the member/spouse.
