Chris Garcia - Implementation Project Manager
Chris Garcia joined LegalEASE's Implementation Team in 2020 as an Implementation Project Manager. Chris is responsible for facilitating initial onboarding processes for new LegalEASE clients. He works closely with our trusted brokers and is able to walk our new groups through a refined process to gather key group details, promote LegalEASE services during open enrollments, setup processes to collect membership information and formalize group accounts in LegalEASE's various operational systems. Chris collaborates with Administration, Marketing, Finance, Member Services and Fulfillment departments on the front end as Implementation is the launch pad for new group/membership experience.
Chris is originally from Beeville, TX and he is a graduate from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX (Marketing Program). He also completed his Master of Business Administration from University of Texas Pan-American in Edinburg, TX. He has over 15 years of client relations & benefit administration experience, including legislative tenure with U.S. House of Representatives as congressional liaison. Along with project management and planning skills, Chris is also agile in data management and moderate graphic design.
Chris takes pride in being a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan and continues to cheer them on today.
