Register to turn on your protection

Your monitoring is not active until you register online. Once you're registered, email alerts will notify you of any future activity detected.

  1. Go to the registration link in your LegalEASE welcome letter and enter your unique promo code.

  2. Create your secure account login using your email address and a password.

  3. Verify your identity. If prompted, enter your Social Security number and date of birth, then answer a few credit-based security questions.

  4. Add the accounts or cards you'd like monitored, then add your dependents. For children under 18, select "You and Your Children" and click the "+" icon. On a family plan, invite adult family members with "Share Your Benefits."

    No. You must register online with the link and promo code in your LegalEASE welcome letter. Until you do, your monitoring is not active.

  • Can I protect my children?
    Yes. Child monitoring covers up to 10 children under 18. Add them during registration by selecting "You and Your Children."

  • Who do I call with questions?
    Call LegalEASE Member Services at 1-888-416-4313 for help activating. Once you're active, call Experian at 1-855-797-0052 for help with monitoring, alerts, or restoration.

  • Can I use it on my phone?
    Yes. It's available on PC and Mac, as well as Android and iOS devices.
