Delayne joined the LegalEASE team in 2021 as the Member Services Department Manager. She is responsible for a team of 20+ Member Specialists who are the face of the company when our Members call in needing to open a case. They take incoming calls, ask questions to get the whole picture of the legal matter from the Member and provide expectations on when an attorney is assigned to their case.

Delayne comes to LegalEASE with over 11 years of experience as a front office Operations Manager in luxury hotels throughout the USA. Just before joining LegalEASE, Delayne had been working as the Director of Guest Services (including call center, front desk, etc) at The Westin Galleria. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Houston’s Hospitality/Management program and she is fluent in Spanish. One of Delayne's passions is mission work as she visits Bolivia annually with her husband.
