Art Kasabian - Senior Vice President of Sales – West Coast Region

Art joined the LegalEase team in 2022. He brings over 25 years of voluntary benefits experience to the team.
Arts is responsible for market development and the procurement and maintenance of brokerage relationships in the Western Territories.

Carrie Lacey - Senior Account Manager

Carrie manages client and broker relationships for Legal Access Plans while proactively influencing client enrollment. Before joining the company in 2019, she studied culinary arts and business management at a university in New Hampshire where she received both her associate and bachelor’s degrees. Her professional foundation was created in the service industry as a chef where she learned to have a high level of commitment to her work, mental fortitude, and the ability to exercise creativity in a high stress environment.

Bobby Heston - VP Sales, Southwest Territory

Bobby officially joined the LegalEASE team in 2022 and resides in Houston, TX. Bobby leads the sales and marketplace development efforts in the South Region with LegalEASE’s brokerage partners. Given his technology background, Bobby also manages our premier technology partnerships with enrollment and benefit administration organizations.

Jonathan Scott - HR Generalist

Jonathan joined LegalEASE as a Customer Resolution Analyst in 2019 with experience in both insurance sales and human resources. After completing the company’s first Leader in Training program in 2021, he stepped into an Account Management role to assist with client growth and retention. In 2023 he took his passion and experience to work with the Human Resources team and implement new benefits for the company. Jonathan received his Bachelor’s degree from University of Houston System and in his free time, maintains a Muay Thai Kickboxing career.

Delayne Crumpton - Member Services Department Manager

Delayne joined the LegalEASE team in 2021 as the Member Services Department Manager. She is responsible for a team of 20+ Member Specialists who are the face of the company when our Members call in needing to open a case. They take incoming calls, ask questions to get the whole picture of the legal matter from the Member and provide expectations on when an attorney is assigned to their case.

Sanju Upadhyay - Provider Specialist Department Manager

Sanju joined the LegalEASE team in 2020 as the Provider Specialist Department Manager. She is responsible for a team of Provider Specialists who match the right attorneys to the Member's legal case.

Sanju has over 23 years of hospitality experience with the Four Seasons Hotel in Malaysia, Indonesia, Maldives and Egypt where she managed up to 40 team members. Sanju’s hobbies include travel, learning new things and practicing yoga and meditation.

Vanessa Virgil - Implementation Manager

Vanessa joined LegalEASE, a LEGAL ACCESS Company in September of 2014. She started as a Provider Specialist then applied for the Implementation Manager position in April of 2017.

As Implementation Manager, Vanessa works almost exclusively with new clients. She makes sure all parties have the information needed to have a successful enrollment and a smooth transition when first working with LegalEASE. Vanessa enjoys learning something new about the American Legal System every day in her past and current roles.

Chris Garcia - Implementation Project Manager

Chris Garcia joined LegalEASE's Implementation Team in 2020 as an Implementation Project Manager. Chris is responsible for facilitating initial onboarding processes for new LegalEASE clients. He works closely with our trusted brokers and is able to walk our new groups through a refined process to gather key group details, promote LegalEASE services during open enrollments, setup processes to collect membership information and formalize group accounts in LegalEASE's various operational systems.

Ja’Maiah Powell - Customer Resolution Manager

Ja’Maiah joined LegalEASE team in 2022 as the Customer Resolution Manager.
He is responsible for resolving member complications with the benefit experience while finding ways to improve processes for the future.
He has over 15 years of experience in customer service, process improvements and resolution methodology. Prior to joining LegalEASE, Ja’Maiah managed both onshore and offshore teams in multiple countries including Mexico, Jamaica, India, and the Philippines. His focus is to remove any obstacles that may prevent the best experience for our members.
