Ja’Maiah joined LegalEASE team in 2022 as the Customer Resolution Manager.
He is responsible for resolving member complications with the benefit experience while finding ways to improve processes for the future.
He has over 15 years of experience in customer service, process improvements and resolution methodology. Prior to joining LegalEASE, Ja’Maiah managed both onshore and offshore teams in multiple countries including Mexico, Jamaica, India, and the Philippines. His focus is to remove any obstacles that may prevent the best experience for our members.
